I contacted Computer Geeks Online today in an effort to rid my computer of the adware, spyware, Trojan horses (and who knows what else) that has obviously attached itself over the course of the last year.

My computer has been running at an incredibly slow speed, and it has frequently frozen/locked up, that I shut it down and reboot it. My frustration level has been steadily increasing, because I work full-time as a transcriptionist, and my computer is literally my lifeline. I estimate that I've been losing at least one hour of productivity each day because of reduced computer speed, etc.

After I explained my problems and allowed Computer Geeks Online to remotely take over, they spent over two hours reviewing everything on my computer, identifying all the problems, and correcting them. My computer is again running at top speed, and I am delighted!

I highly recommend this company's services to anyone having similar problems. They are courteous, professional, and experts at what they do. Engaging them is well worth the small investment required for this type of assistance.

Thank you very much for repairing my computer so fast, and the most amazing part of this whole thing is that I didn't even have to leave my chair!! My machine was running terribly slow and locking up all the time and I couldn't understand why. I thought I was running the correct virus software and doing everything correctly but boy was I wrong! After just a short time you were able to fix this problem for me and all I had to do was go online and give you a call. I have been putting this off for so long because it's such an ordeal to bring the computer down to the repair shop, and I don't have half a day to wait around for a repair person to come to my home. I'll look forward to your email maintenance reminder that we talked about, I'll keep up on this with you going forward so I don't get myself into this situation again.

Thanks for the help.  Yes the defrag and cleaning the dust out did the trick.  I guess you should always look at the simplest fix first!  I will keep your number and contact info. for all my computer needs for business and personal.  I will also call you soon regarding the laptop I will be needing for my business and remote internet access needs.  Glad I found you.
